In 1991 , we set a goal for ourselves to create a thriving regional contractor to handle many different types of projects. The daily operations of the business leverage our personal skills and expertise in the areas of construction management, carpentry, HVAC and plumbing. We’ve hired a team of employees with the same commitment to client satisfaction and an excellent final product.

The T. M. Brennan Contractors of today is a testament to our vision, faith, and the many relationships we’ve built with clients, architects and community leaders, and the excellent employees we’ve added to our team over the years. It’s a fairly routine occurrence now to take on several multi-year, multi-million dollar, and very complex projects. But, we still make time for special, smaller projects for the love of creating something that lasts and where fine, detailed craftsmanship is still appreciated.
