T. M. Brennan Contractors - Mechanical Division is a fully licensed Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems company – doing public and private work, in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.  The focus and specialty are larger systems.   

The Mechanical Division has a subsidiary, called JAC Mechanical Contracting, to handle plumbing for all of its projects.

Getting a system in place begins with T. M. Brennan’s engineers and designers setting clear, specific and appropriate performance and financial goals for your new or replacement system.  We will then select the appropriate manufacturers, models, and configurations to meet those goals.
